Estimated Times: For Wave Five orders, please allow up to 3 weeks for processing, however it could come sooner! If you have not received a shipment email by the 3 week mark, please email us at griefisghetto@charniahwilson.com and someone from our team will get right on it! This may also fluctuate during the holidays, and unfortunately we have no control on courier delays.

returns & exchanges

Returns/Exchanges: unfortunately we only take returns on damages goods. If an item that you receive is damaged, please email us promptly at griefisghetto@charniahwilson.com. We are happy to offer exchanges but in the event that you desire a refund, inside your package please enclose your information along with your order number & email used at checkout. You can also enclose the original package slip. If we do not receive this information inside your package, it can cause a delay in issuing your refund as it takes more time to locate the order. We aim to provide quality products and want to do what it takes to make it right for you!

*Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
